An Italian security degree’ has received final approval from the Chamber of Deputies, with 396 in favor and 99 against.

Tighter restrictions for permits – There will no longer be any stay permits granted for humanitarian reasons but there will be temporary ‘special permits’ granted for 6 reasons: serious health issues, calamities in countries of origin, acts of civic valor, trafficking victims, domestic violence and severe exploitation.

More time in repatriation centers – The maximum amount of time that foreigners can held in repatriation centers (CPR) will increase from 90 days to 180 days. If capacity is reached in the CPR, the decree will permit the holding of migrants waiting to be expelled in other state police facilities, and asylum seekers in hotspots.

Revocation of asylum can be justified by more crimes, including theft – The list of crimes that justify the rejection or revocation of international protection has been expanded to include: rape, serious physical harm, robbery, violence against a public official, sexual mutilation, aggravated theft and drug trafficking. Citizenship revoked for terrorism crimes – Citizenship will be revoked for those found guilty of terrorism.

Asylum procedure halted after commission decision – If an asylum seeker is subjected to criminal proceedings or convicted for one of the above offenses, the Territorial Commission must hear the asylum seeker and make a decision on the case. If the asylum application is rejected, the asylum seeker will be obliged to leave the country, even if the appeal against the decision is pending.

SPRAR system – Only those granted international protection and unaccompanied minors can access the SPRAR system. Those already in the system will remain so until the project ends.

Up to 4 years for reply to citizenship application – The assessment procedure for citizenship requests will now take up to 4 years instead of 2, and those applying will need to know Italian.

The music which originated in Jamaica and made famous by artists like Jimmy Cliff, Burning Spear and Gregory Isaacs has millions of followers worldwide. Reggae was embraced all over the world especially in Africa where artists such as Lucky Dube and Alpha Blondie became household names.

The first time to got control by police in Görlitzer park.
I was passing by the park, suddenly found 3 police vans, with bunch of police.
Then I was stopped and asked to put my bicycle beside, put of my jacket and raise my hands up.
I asked why? The police man told me we are on a general control.
I responded general control, but why not stopping other people’s passing by different from blacks, while only stopping blacks for control?
#police: we doing it because black people are the ones selling drugs, and committing crimes here.

Then how are the those Hundreds and thousands of non #EU citizen’s presented at the demo going to see or feel themselves?

The former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan has said “cool heads and sober judgement” are needed to tackle the world’s conflicts.

Speaking before the US, UK and French air strikes in Syria, he told Hardtalk’s Zeinab Badawi: “We cannot allow situations where leaders threaten war on television or on Twitter.”

He said the world had become “particularly messy” and he did not see the strong leaders around who could cope with the problems.
